I didn't even think of that! CS did contact me and the items seem ok. But after this, I don't think I will use that ship to function. That would be embarassing, even to family.

My package has arrived and it was also a mess.  So disappointing to see items out of their box.  These items are not cheap.  I receive a box from Amazon with a $5 book and it is packaged so well.  Yes, I called customer service.
