Did the shipping folks seriously dump my honora items in a box without any padding? See the picture to see what it looked like when I opened it! The package did not look tampered with and the set of individually packaged pearls were out and the clear top was underneath the bottom which means a person did this because it couldn't have happened during shipping. All of my items arrived but I am extremely disappointed and I have to carefully check everything! I hope this is a one-off situation.

All I can say is that I would NEVER mail products to family members the way that QVC mails those things to us. Is QVC in such dire straits that we can no longer accept the perception of the original poster.

If everything appears to be fine and you're just venting about the packaging, I would call CS and let them know.  That's where it begins.

I"d hate to use QVC's " Bill to Ship to option". That would be embarrassing to send a gift that arrived in that condition,  just wow.

It is very unusual to receive something shipped like this.  Sounds as though they have an employee who was mad about something.  I hope they can identify him/her.

At least you got boxes! I recently purchased two necklaces for my twin nieces (totalling about $400) and did not receive any boxes!!!! All I received was one felt baggie! I was going to keep and let it go but I got myself so P.O.'d that I returned them both!!!

@SeaMaiden At best, quality control inspects random orders. They'd never inspect every single package.  That's not how QC works.

I sometimes get $10, $20 items packaged better than $100, $200 items. LOL

 

One tip I do, if the item is really expensive, or is something I'm really obsessing over, is pay extra to have them put it in a gift box.  That does the trick.
