Hey Mods, a Shoutout to CS Rep!

I just had a very helpful conversation with CS Rep, Laura!

 

It was a complicated issue involving a couple of returns and the refund amounts on my account didn't match up to the refund amounts in the emails.

 

She quickly figured it out for me, spoke very calm and polite and was a pleasure to deal with!

 

Want her boss to know so she can get a 'well done!' from her supervisor!

 

She probably wouldn't object to an extra 1/2 hour for lunch either....just sayin', LOL!
