Could you please check and see why my order for 2 demin and company pull on pants order on 9/4 are still in process. I did call C.S. and they have no information why that is ..I can't find any one that has any information on this .they said they can't see an issue with anything and have no idea why it is taking so long .could you please help me .I can't cancel because for three days now they have told me it is in shipping. Thank you for any help .

Hi @blueskys , Thank you for shopping and posting with us! I apologize for the delay in shipping of this order. I do see that there has been a service request open today from our CS Representative to see why it has been delayed, I apologize that they did not share that there has been an issue in one of our warehouses reporting that there are delays and that we are aware of it and working to resolve as quickly as possible. Our memo did not elaborate on the specifics so that is all I have to share, however, I am confident that it is being handled as priority and will be resolved very soon. ~Kim
