I purchased a pair of Clarks sandals and the tie piece on top of the sandal was defective (one side was flipping up and should have been flat).  Order #6523960669, 6/4.  I called CS and returned the sandals and ordered a new pair Order #5387018481.

Today I received an email from QVC stating my refund was $0.00.  This is incorrect and it should be the full amount of the 1st easy pay installment.  I would appreciate it if you would clear this up for me and get the correct refund amount.  Thank you, kindly.

Re: Help w/Defective Shoe order

If you returned defective pair #1 and ordered replacement pair #2 - shouldn't your payment be applied to pair #2?  Why would a credit or money be refunded?  Perhaps I've missed something here.

Re: Help w/Defective Shoe order

@fthunt    I doubt that QVC would work with 2 completely separate orders as far as payment.  1st order returned defective thus complete refund.  New order placed and 1st payment charged to my card.  Now do you understand the difference?

Re: Help w/Defective Shoe order

From what I understand you didn't request an exchange but sent the defective pair back and ordered a new pair. So yes you should get the full refund of the first installment. If it was an exchange the easy pay installment stands and no refund would be issued.

contact the qvcsocialteam@qvc.com they are the best and quick to respond. Be sure to put your order number and description of the item and reason why it was returned.
