Help regarding can't contact cs

I posted earlier today about returns that fell within your 90 return policy & they are shipping them all back!  I don't know about the defective dress. I am going to try to cancel as my exchanges were for a different size!!! I could cancel one & change one to a size and color I didn't request. The IM Damask pants they are sending right back! I'm not happy & you are going to make many customers mad. You shouldn't have the hosts keep saying you have 90 days to return. Because apparently you don't!!
