I have an order that was "shipped" on 7/7 with a delivery date of 7/11 but the order shows no "tracking information available". It has been the same since 7/7. Is there a problem with the order? The product looks like it is still in stock. Order Number: . Any information that you can provide is appreciated.

I am sorry but I do not see any tracking at all on this package. Would you prefer a replacement or a refund at this time?
