I am trying to go into my past orders and they are only for the past month and 1/2.  

I am going under "All Orders".

Why can I not see more of the past orders, please.

I am trying to find a ring I purchased.

@ECBG    All your orders for the past few months will be listed under "Order Status".  How long ago did you buy this ring?  Their records don't go back indefinitely but the mods can often find thing for longer back than we can see.

@ECBG  Try putting "ring" in the search field. Or some other keyword you remember about the ring. But for me I can only put 1 word in that field or else it just spins.

@ECBG  Weird. I just put "sterling" in the search field & it shows me orders back to 2019.

Go to middle button on order statue(i think it says view all) it pops up year, mine goes back to 2016

Many thanks!  Because of your diagram, I was able to see the item before Q's "glitch of the day" flashed it off, but I got the item number!

I droped that ring in back at work, and if it isn't found, I want to reorder.
