I've tried to do this under the radar. I couldn't find how to unsubscribe on my own, so I Googled it. I tried following the directions on the Q website. I tried Live Chat. They aren't live. I don't want to just not get emails, I don't get them anyway. I want to remove my account and not be able to post in the forums. I can't leave
The song "Hotel California" comes to mind.
Can someone help please?

@monicakm. The only way to resign from the forum is to just not post anymore. You can eliminate email through "preferences".

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request that we delete or remove your personal data, but we want you to know a few things before you decide.
Deleting your data means we also delete your account—that means, we'd deactivate it and delete all associated information (and we'd miss you!). This may impact your ability to return items and QVC won't be able to send you communications.
We may still retain your data for the following reasons:
Before we delete your data, we'll verify your identity and comply with any laws that apply. If you have questions, call 1-888-345-5788.

I don't think there is a way. You can delete all your payment methods from the shopping side and you can contact CS or the moderators to ask, but I'm not aware of any way we can close out, though perhaps they can do it for you The simplest thing would be to just not post if you don't want to post. Just sign out and don't sign back in.

At a minimum I'd start with a call to customer service, during normal businesses hours during the week in case your call needs to be transferred. Beyond that, I have no idea.
I don't know if they even delete your account if requested. Many companies don't, which makes me mad. There are several from which I'd like all my information removed, but they won't do it. They just say "just stop using".
It's why I'm very careful not to give my information to new places now. They're like Roach Motels.

This has come up before from other posters. As far as I know, you CAN'T remove yourself from the forum. The only thing you can do is stop posting and stop reading if you no longer want to be part of the community. But, I believe, your old posts will still be here.

You can close your account by calling customer service. Then you will no longer be able to post. But you need the right person. Many reps are not willing to do so. I know my friend deleted hers in 2024. She wrote to Corporate.
You can get banned here and they block you from posting from your IP address. It's easy. Just curse.🙃🤣😉 However, you would still retain your shopping privileges.
My suggestion when you've had enough here? Stop sharing your life, and just read. Give yourself time. I stay away for weeks sometimes. It lowers my blood pressure and because even reading here can be a stressor, I will at times avoid it.
Hope you are well and please turn off the noise here. There seems to be a "Victim of the Week" here where one individual gets flack and the mob attacks them. Walk away and ignore. And stop sharing anything personal that might give you heat.

@monicakm I don't see an easy out from here. As a previous poster has mentioned, I too have stayed away from these forums for weeks at a time when I felt I was being unfairly criticized. I have learned my lesson and only post innocuous comments and frequently take breaks.

The website and anything connected to it is a mess. I no longer receive the TSV emails. I get lots of emails saying..................shop your wish list, what you were looking at is still available, what you were looking at is sold out but here are some other options. Your order has shipped then your order was delivered, and will you write a review---------------you name it and they send it. I have signed up over and over, called CS several times and still.............I do not receive the Today's Special Value emails.
