Help Please! Unable to place order online!

I have called and talked to customer care 3 times now.  WHY is this taking so long?  When I try to place my order it states that I have a past due easy pay installment... but I do NOT have any easy pay orders and none past due.  I have lost two items already and do not want to lose the item I am currently trying to order.  How can this be solved in a timely manner?  It should not take three days to get this resolved. This should have been taken off my account last spring.
