I ordered item A3813755 which is supposed to be a set of Elemis Marine Cream SPF30 and an Elemis Overnight Matirx both 1.6 ounces. I received instead two Marine Cream SpF 30. The Elemis Overnight Matirx is twice the price of the marine cream. Can you provide me with a return and reship label at no cost to me? Barbara Fulgaro

I returned this item which was supposed to be one Elemis marine cream spf 30 and one overnight matrix- (diffference of about $100 in value).. So what did I receive on my exchange, but the exact same thing , two of the marine cream and no overnight matrix. In addition, the package had my name and address dated March 7, the same date as my original order. So you returned my .original package!!! How amay times do I need to retirn to get whar I ORDERED??? Since the correct product is now on waitlist, i was supposed to get a refund. . There has been no refund posted to my Q card. Can you assist?

Melvin, I returned it for an exchange and the package I received in exchange was my returned package with the wrong items. Moderator Beth called me and told me the correct product I need is not available = and I did not need to return the package a second time. She told me she would return the price to my Qcard. Can you please follow up with Beth; Thanks
