Hi Mods,
I just received J348804 Imperial Gold 71/4 inch wheat bracelet with gemstones that I ordered, but the item in the package measures 8 inches. See photos below:
The pencil marks the 7 1/4 inch place where the bracelet I purchased should be.
The 8 inch bracelet I received is so BIG that it falls off my hand. ![]()
Since this item is showing online as "Sold Out" what should I do? Return it? Can Imperial Gold size it for me? No information about the company came in the package.

Looking at the label, you clearly got someone's return (different from the label on a "new" item). Maybe it got returned for the same reason. I hope you get it sorted out. So disappointing, when that happens.

I once had this happen with a turquoise tennis bracelet, only it was too small or I would have kept it and have a jeweler cut it down. Also sold out. How about some training for the returns dept and when an item comes back in marked "wrong size," they re-package it marked correctly? These items are a couple hundred bucks apiece, one would think it would be worth the extra time to keep customers happy.

Hi @MoodeeFan thank you for posting in our Community forums and for shopping with us. I apologize that happened and that we cannot offer to send a replacement, it is sold out. Unfortunately, I can only suggest to return this item as defective for the full refund. I do see in our items notes that Imperial Gold does not offer repair service and no manufacture information is offered. ~Kim

My feelings exactly. Why are there mix ups like this?? I will certainly write on the plastic that it is an 8 inch. Makes me wonder who got the 7 1/4 inch instead of the 8 inch, bet they sent it back saying "too small."

last evening I ordered Gravers special value. I see this morning instead of a sze large, they have X-large, They have no way to cancell this morning, I called the order number , explain to the girl, and she said my order was already processed.. I can't believe this. Would you please cancell this order.as I think it is sold out in a PL. Thank you
