Having trouble with returns, already called customer service

Hey all. Wondering how I can get some help with returns.

I've been trying to print return labels but the downloaded PDF shows the packing slip but not the actual return mailing label. It just says "To return this item use the small RETURN YOUR WAY LABEL or visit QVC...", with no actual return label. I did a quick Google search and it seems like this problem has been ongoing for years, apparently they still haven't fixed it.

I called customer service many times, they generated a label but it came with the same issue.

They put in a request for a pick-up by UPS, who never came. They put in another request, again, never came. They put in an order to mail a label to me, nothing came and it's been almost 2 weeks. It's getting absolutely ridiculous.

Anyone have any other way to get this item returned? At this point I'm about to pay extra costs to ship it back myself but I do not know the return address. Thanks, all.

@bluebottle123    Wayne will help you, I'm sure, but for future reference you can write your own handwritten label.  The addresses are on the website, and take it to the post office.  Just make sure they don't charge you for return shipping.

If it's not too heavy and/or big, go to USPS Schedule Pickup.  Fill out the form.  Let the mail carrier know where to pick up your package.  You don't need an account.

That's it.  No charge.  No hassle.

I always had to pay UPS to pick up large and.or heavy packages.  Last time, it was $14.  You need an UPS account.  You can call UPS to have CS schedule it for you.

@bluebottle123 - I hope your issue gets resolved—Wayne is very helpful, so I'm sure he'll be able to assist you. Just for reference purposes, there have been some problems with printing return labels via qvc.com off and on over the years, but I've printed two return labels since Christmas and everything went just fine. Good luck!

@Foxxee    You can't do that unless you have a QVC return label, which she doesn't have or can't get.

Yep,,,you're right without a label.

But she can for both USPS and UPS if she wants to pay for the return.  She won't be charged for the label, just the return shipping.  Depends on how much it is whether she wants to do that.  Would put an end to the problem.

Just call QVC and have them mail you a return label, so easy!
