The Social Media team is the best for support as others have stated but if you decide to return on your own here are the addresses which are hidden deep in the return FAQs. https://www.qvc.com/content/information/customer-service.html?type=topic&tid=250700000001337

 

ps - I hope that worked it was my first link.    And....it did not work. From that link scroll down to more articles and choose "where do I send my return".  If anyone can do a direct link, I'm sure folks would appreciate it!!

@greencardigan - Even though your link isn't showing up in the typical blue text, it is clickable and connects right where you intended. Because of the structure of the FAQs section of the website, links usually only take you to a topic, and yours goes straight to the returns area. Smiley Happy
