Having a lot of shipping issues

It's taking two weeks before I receive my order, and the second issue is, I will order something and it will be in process for 10 days and then I'm informed it's on backorder, this has happened to me 3 or 4 times. Do I have to pay for express delivery every time I order. ???

The shipping issues seem to have been resolved in the past couple of weeks.  You must be ordering some exotic merchandise to have it go to backorder 3-4 times.  My orders are now shipping in 2-3 days.
