Tried yesterday and was on hold for 45 minutes!!! Now this morning 15 minutes !! I wonder what's going on over their? I've never experienced this before , I wonder if it's because of the weather 😏. I did call the Oder entry operator to see if they could give me any info and she said there is only 1 answering center open and it's in VA. Then before hanging up said "oh no it's Texas center". Anyone e,she having problems getting through to CS?

I am sure the severe cold temps, blizzard, and hazardous road conditions on the east coast is the reason. It took my husband 4 hours to get home from work yesterday.

It is unfair to blame QVC for the weather. All one has to do is look at the weather reports, freezing temperatures, downed power lines, lack of electricity, transportation, or the lack of, etc. to see the problems one of the worst storms ever has caused. I mean, put it in perspective... on one hand, people are dying in this weather and on the other, people are complaining about being on hold to CS??? Be thankful you are not out in the horrible winter weather. Sorry to vent but I just don't understand all the complaints daily about insignificant things.
Email one of the mods through the boards and see if they can help. They have always been wonderful to help people who have not been able to resolve issues by phone.

I agree with everyone who can not compare the importance of a CS call and losing their life on ice covered roads and 5' snow drifts in some places.
Our roads are completely covered in thick ice and the temp is 9. Yesterday a car slid on to train tracks and a woman (on her way to work) was killed.
That puts everything in perspective. My phone call can wait till it is safe for people to drive to work.

I was only wondering why the long wait , I certainly was not implying Or would want anyone to risk or Loose their lives geez... I didn't even realize the weather was that bad , it is only very cold where I live , but not like I see it in certain areas now that I've watched the weather channel. I just thought it was so u usual to be on hold and not be able to reach CS, never happened in the 27 yrs I've been with QVC is all. What I needed can certainly wait , it's time sensitive , but not at the riskof anyone's life..... I just to add I don't come here and complain about Customer service , in fact they have pretty much been more than helpful through all the years I've been with QVC. I'd say the best CS I've ever dealt with.😀

I am so sorry that you had difficulty reaching our Customer Service Department. Unfortunately we have experienced higher than normal call volumes due to the inclement weather.

It really was horrible yesterday and today is pretty bad too. I understand that if you don't watch the weather channel or US news you wouldn't know the severity of it.
The post from CS is very helpful and I hope you resolve your issue. I am sure you will.
