I have given up completely and I had a good-sized order to pace but guess they do not care.
I have been away from here for months and finally, come back thinking things were much better only to find out there are still MANY problems with orders. My shopping has been at other websites and had great satisfaction from all of them except QVC.

Try switching to a different browser at least temporarily. This usually fixes problems such as you're having.

I get this message when an item has sold out, but they haven't updated the info in the size and color grids.
