Have not received an order

I ordered lock n lock and it was shipped on 5/17/ 2021, still have not received it and it's 5/30. What is the problem

@Markley3   Have you checked the tracking under order status?  That should tell you where your package is and give an approximate delivery date.

Is the order for the Lock n' lock flip top container with handles? The tracking states it is a UPS processing center back on the 21st and no updated scans. Would you like a no cost replacement or a refund at this time?

Happened to me before and credited me back and lost in transit someplace.  Once lock n lock and also Joan Rivers item.  Happened on Wal-Mart item last Christmas.  Unfortunately it happens.
