Has the "double billing EZ pay" issue corrected???? QVCSocialTeam

If so, where does a customer go (besides CS) to get this corrected.

 

I am asking prior to disputing duplicate charges on 2 of my cc.  

 

I did not get any email update but have been checking both accounts and still showing duplicate charges w/no credits issued.
