for the Carolyn Pollack cuff that I never received for the 2nd time ?
told the CS gal to refund my credit card and forget it I'm not waiting a 3rd time.
send me an email .
I put on package "QVC Error again" don't charge me for the 2 I'm sending back, somebody is picking up # 2 Sat.

@SharkE Why not just emal the social team? They may respond quicker. Who knows how often they check the forum?

Called initially to tell them won't be a 3rd attempt and told 'em to refund the card.

came in here and asked

sent email finally said they will refund when they receive the wrong one back, so, I'll probably have to go ahead and pay the 200 to credit card company as long as it takes them to process a return.
