I used it a few weeks ago. It took over a week though for them to reply to my email.

I get that same message when I click on "Make A Return".

 

I didn't try another method, like going through my account.

I just send them an email with all the info from my order......I don't go thru their website....

Just used it last week.It took two days for a response. Money returned as soon as I sent the package. Still love the system.
