I just send them an email with all the info from my order......I don't go thru their website....

i just send an email to qvceasyreturns@qvc.com with all of my item return information.

Just used it last week.It took two days for a response. Money returned as soon as I sent the package. Still love the system.

That's what I do too.  It seems to work very well.
