My Advance Order of Harry London tins (nutcracker) was to ship December 4. I check on it each week. Just before December 4, it disappeared from my Advance Orders!
What happened? Cancelled? I have had no notice about this.

@1Professor Both orders you placed in July are in the process of being shipped. Your estimated delivery date is 12/14/17.

I have NO idea when I put the order in, months ago. It would take a lot of scrolling back. (I am a Q shopper big time.)
I'm going to hope you are right or the mods will know if it was cancelled. Last year there was a fire so orders were cancelled.

that fire happened in 2014. i have had no problems with my orders in the past few years.
as @Wayne-QVC mentioned, go back to your july 2017 orders and you should find it there and saying "processing." once and advance order goes to processing it is removed from the advanced order page.
