Four years ago I purchased, for myself, a Lori Greiner Weekender Bag, and finally have a chace to use it tomorrow. I got my bag out and the handle won't extend past the first stop. I have tried holding the button in, and all sorts of options, but nothing works. I'm so disappointed, I need to use it tomorrow evening, and now I'm afraid I'm stuck with a useless bag.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks,
Donna

Have you tried WD40 (which is a lubricant)? I would squirt some where the two handle pieces meet and also around the button you push to extend the handle.
I would let the WD40 sit for a few minutes and see if that loosens it.
Good luck!

Glad to know I am not the only female to use WD40 = a girls BBF!

That happened to me once. It was a large 28" polycarbonate suitcasae. I took it to a shoe/luggage repair and they fixed the handle for $30.
