I just LOVE this ladder!!!!! ... I have it about 2 months now & use it for everything ... it is lightweight & sturdy ... the other ladders that I have are too heavy for me to drag around but, this one is perfect!!!! .... it is one of the best products that I have bought from QVC!!!!

Now @BarbaraQVC, if you can get my refund processed, ( Cuddledud Pj's never received ,since Dec10 ) please credit it to my 3 easy pay's for this ladder and I will be a very happy camper

We have not forgotten about your refund situation. You should have received an email from @Kinski-QVC Thursday evening letting you know that she has partnered with our Finance Department to get this resoved for you. In the meantime, we do appreciate your patience!

Guess what...lol..........The item arrived today........lol Dec31.lol QVC scheduled a pick up to return it........lol I wish I had seen him deliver it today,I would have refused the package. Next mail day is Tuesday
The drama is over.........lol Happy New Year, Barb !

oh dear,I just noticed I posted this on the wrong thread!!,so sorry. It was a Cuddle Duds order that got messed up .not this wonderful ladder that i received the next day ,without a request and buy UPS not Fed Ex
