On 11/22 I ordered the HP 15" laptop AMD A12 Quad, 12GB RAM. Well, I received the laptop first and when I called about the bundle I was told by CS that I should have first received the bundle and that CS stated that I would receive the bundle by 12/14. When that did not happen I was able to talk to a supervisor who repeated over and over that the problem was not the Q's fault, but HP's. Now I was supposed to receive the bundle on 12/27 which did not happen. Moreover, there was no available information on what supposed to be the tracking number for the bundle.
What have been other customer/s experiences with this HP special?
I had one for 5 years but the fan would stop and I had a few other problems that happen over time. I got tired of contacting the Q's CS and getting nowhere, so back goes the laptap and if the bundle ever arrives back it goes.

I got the 17" and I realize I never got my bundle either. I will call CS tomorrow and see what they have to say, thanks for the reminder.

I got the 17" for Christmas and did not get the bundle either. My sister ordered it for my husband to give me. I realized Christmas night that I didn't have the bundle. My sister called QVC. They are supposed to be sending it. If I don't get it in a couple of weeks, I will return the computer. I don't want to turn it on until I have my anti virus info to put on there.

The anti-virus is already loaded on the PC with a 1 year license. The bundle provides the code to update it to lifetime coverage.
Personally, removing MacAfee is the first thing I do. It is an awful program that is an incredible resource hog. I much prefer Avast, which is free, or Viper. They both provide as good or better virus protection without sucking the life out of your machine.

Hi @ugabugabooooo and @Debzzz The bundle comes in a white envelope and looks like it could be a packslip. It contains pamplets with download codes. If you need to have one sent to you please email us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and we can have one manually sent to you

I returned the laptop. It was not worth the hassle. Maybe another one at a later date.

I would go to HP site, and contact the company for help.
