RE: CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHAT'S THE PROBLEM)

Been a customer for many years and have no problem with returns.  Seeing the credit hitting my account various with time.  I'm impressed with the CS reps.  They  always have a positive attitude and recognize the problem and have it corrected immediately.

In all of these posts has anyone found out exactly what the problem is? I think I see the prob-not refund fast enuff. 

And what have you done? Another year over, and a new one just begun.

@Group 5 minus 1 I am sympathetic to the OP, and I don't see it as a rant.  The OP was still waiting for a refund 4 weeks, apparently getting no help from CS.  I don't know what her refund is, maybe it's hundreds of dollars?  I have seen the tactics the "girls" use to degrade and belittle a poster - only to then suggest that their suggestions (unpaid) are being ignored by the OP not responding to them.

 

Shame on the bully club of the usual posters. 

 

Why would anyone respond to such nasty posts?  I have hung in here for a few years, but my first response to a problem was also met by many of the ones that are stilll belittling the OP.  I backed off, then I thought, I didn't deserve to be dumped on by all the "bullies" of the QVC forums.  So I continue to post when I want - and they are welcome to continue to shame and degrade anyone who disagrees with them.  As if reinforcing the head bully is justified by others to jump on and berate a poster.

 

Continue on ladies, I know who has a heart, and who is a bully.
