Have you tried Live Chat @qvc chick . I find the reps there very well trained and they always resolve any returns that are delayed. Just have your tracking number available. When they track the item, they can see if they received your return.

I hear you @qvc chick.  QVC CS seems to fluctuate.  Sometimes, it's very bad, others, it's good.  Same with refunds.  Even using QVC's Easy Returns.  

 

You have been given an email address for  contacting someone who will help you at QVC.  Keep it somewhere for future reference.

@RespectLife  My fixed income has been fixed for 25 years but I don't play the "fixed income" card.

 @qvc chick  If you're on a "fixed income" as many of us are, then you need to budget better.

 

And stop yelling. It only gets your posts deleted.

@Love my grandkids   I believe you directed your post to the attention of the wrong person.  It is not @RespectLife  who is yelling.  She'd probably gladly eat a cookie, however.

Sometimes, the person calling in either doesn't understand, or want to understand what the rep is telling them.

 

Basically, we need all the facts and then many of us can try to offer some assistance.

 

Some things come to mind:

  • is the credit being requested from a gift card purchase
  • was there an EZ pay situation where the credit requested had not yet been charged
  • is there some sort of proof of delivery that the package actually made it back to QVC
  • is there an exchange being done that is being processed
  • is the credit card still active or closed that is supposed to get the credit
  • was the purchase through a check, and the check didn't clear
  • was the poster already given a merchandise credit for a future purchase instead of a refund and doesn't realize it

We need more facts, and honestly, if the poster was ANGRY and/or AGRESSIVE to the reps on the phone, they may never get a call back.  

 

The email address provided is probably all that is needed, but we are willing to offer our assistance and suggestions, since many of us are long time shoppers and know in general how QVC operates (good and bad).

Some of the other replies are mean,so please other posters don't complain about mine.
