My patience for waiting on credits from three returns is over. I have tried calling Cust Ser for hours. Why are you so slow when HSN is not? I continue to be billed and Post Office states items were received.

The numbers were 6522606119 and 6809148374. They were a D & C white shirt and 2 wigs. Post office states they were all delivered. My daughter also has one that I mailed at same time and hers is not there yet either.  I will send her information later. She has her own account.  I know about the pandemic but this is really getting upsetting.  I coutniue to pay on time and wait months for credits.
