HELP-someone-Santas-Best-Xmas-Tree-contact-info

I tried to contact this company. Kept all my info. Called the number(188-831-6656) no longer in service. Got a recording with a new number 1-888-551-1568 which said cust service would be up and running gone July 15,2019 and to call the new number. I have been calling new number to no avail.  Same recording about the 15th.  It also said to leave your phone number and they would get back to you. Nothing. QVC customer service no help either.  Maybe they should ask that guy who comes on with his trees about their terrible customer service.  I even sent three emails to Santa’s best no response.  Wanted to get problem solved before Xmas rush. Sooo frustrated. Any advice,  thx
