Hi,

Just a quick question.  You used to be able to use the return label and drop your package in any mailbox.

Can I still do that or do I need to schedule a pickup with USPS?  The wait time is unreal to get it scheduled.

 I live in NY & in my borough the mailboxes have been changed .... now when you open the top door on the mailbox the opening is so thin that only a thin letter/bill can fit therefore, any package will not be able to be dropped in the mailbox ..... you are forced to go to the post office..... I don’t know if it’s like this all over but, it is where I live.

USPS doesn't seem to want even small parcels in their mailboxes anymore.

You can just drop the package in a mailbox or mailbox at the Post Office. Mailbox.  Also,some Post Offices have areas you can drop off pre-paid return label packages.
