Something must have been weird with the automated system. Called and pressed '0' and it circled back around again saying there were no available operators.

I have done that when I need CS, but then you wait for many minutes on the CS line. So, you still have to hold a long time or not ever get to a CS person!!!
Worse, though, is when I called Shop HQ last week!! I get a message tellng me that there are no operators there!! But then, a message saying that someone is there 24/7 !!!
