Re: HAPPENING AGAIN WITH PACKAGES

Nothing is happening with the packages, you just need to wait.

Your packages are coming mail and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.   The packages are sitting in a sorting facility and if and when they leave there, they get shipped to your post office.   Your post office has hundreds of packages in the backroom and they need to be sorted out there and allow another 1-3 days for that to get done let alone delivered.

I don't understand why anyone is blaming the Q, it is there means to ship packages.  Why would you ask for a refund?

I get so confused as to why we know this, it's the post office, and patience is the key.   I'm sure if the Q would create their own Q post office they would but unfortunately you just have to wait.

I've posted this on various other threads too, if you use the Q label to return anything, you are subject to the same service, your package may sit in that post office for up to 10 days depending when it was dropped off.  The packages sit there and check with the post office clerk and find out when that package will leave their facility.  Then it could go to another sorting facility and sit there.  It may take 10-14 days total to get back to the Q and you are still paying an average of $7 for that kind of service.

I try never to use the Q label, send it back priority mail and you know it will be back to the Q in less than a week.  Priority mail is generally 2 day or 3 day delivery.

Hope this helps.

Re: HAPPENING AGAIN WITH PACKAGES

My packages were all received in a very timely way until the $3.00 postage fee came into operation and the P.O. got involved.  When regular shipping price is charged I still get my package quickly; larger items always come to me by UPS shipping.

Re: HAPPENING AGAIN WITH PACKAGES

My dilemma right now is a return to hsn via UPS.  I refused delivery on a flex pay package but it's lost in UPS limbo land.  It's been assigned a new routing number but no one knows anything about it.

I'm griped as all getout more because I'm going to end up eating flex pays to pay it off and nothing to show for it.

Re: HAPPENING AGAIN WITH PACKAGES

I've had packages that seemed to be stuck in the Hodgkins,  IL.  location and while watching them,  they get delivered to my mailbox.   I think it's just a distribution center and package data doesn't get updated.

Am I the only one who actually googled Hoginks, IL, to see if there really is such a place?

There is no bad weather. This ups hub is where all of my  packages come also. It's been in the mid sixties.

Yep. I only live a few hours from it. All my ups packages come through this hub. I always get them the next day when I see they are there. Or sometimes the 2 days if it is sure post.
