Great experience with Live Chat

I just finished a Live Chat during which "Sharrlynn" resolved my issue completely in less than 5 minutes.  I am very pleased and wanted to say THANKS for the stress-free experience!

I love live chats regardless of what company is on the other end.  I like having a record of what was said.

I also have had good experiences with the Live chat.  Once for a price adjustment and once for a return that was not credited to me.  Both instances were taken care of easily and quickly.

@LAPG  I always use Live Chat and recommend using it to anyone who is having a problem with an order, refund, etc.
