I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone with 3 customer reps before they were able to get my problem straightened out. The third girl worked very hard to help me. She was successful!

 

I'm not sharing the subject of my problem, I just wanted to share that perseverance does pay off. I'm very satisfied with the Q.

Your problem must have been a real doozie! Ha! But glad to hear it was finally resolved to your satisfaction. I can only remember one really bad experience with customer service in my thirty years of shopping with QVC. It was a looooong time ago...around twenty five years. It had to do with Mrs. Prindables apples and I'm still bitter about it. LOL!
