From all the "negatives" we've experienced calling directly to Q CS I wanted to say "Jasmine" was more than helpful!

 

1.  She resolved my GC issue -- is now on my account.

 

2.  Been waiting for a delivery - obviously, its somewhere but not my house!  She issued credit & if received, will return it.

 

3.  Was able to track my "returns" that have been in limbo.

 

Not only was she pleasant but extremely helpful.  Thanks!  

 

(Now if only I needed something on free shipping day & gc--so far nothing!)

@homedecor1I am glad you got through to a helpful/nice agent!! I am in the same situation as you, I have a gift card and haven't found anything I "want" or "need", but I bet tomorrow I will! LOL
