I ordered a pair of Revitalign 8 1/2 W sneakers and received someone else's order of 7M sandals with their invoice in the box. It had all of their information on the invoice, so someone got my order with my invoice in the box because it said my order was delivered today. This is unacceptable and unsecure QVC. I can forgive if they send me the wrong item but with my correct invoice, but not if they mix up orders totally and someone gets my private information.
QVC, you need to take more care when sending out orders. Please advise your warehouse employees that this is a breech of information!

@casterp - With the millions of orders sent every year, mistakes can happen. If you haven't done so already, I recommend contacting customer service or the social team to determine options for getting the item you ordered and confirming what to do with the incorrect order (which they usually tell you not to send back). I hope everything works out and you can still get your item. Good luck!

@casterp. It happens occasionally but not often considering the millions of packages that were sent.
Your "private" information consists of that which is in a phone listing, your name and address. Credit card number is not listed.
Call CS and see if they still have your size and can send the correct order. Return the wrong order using the shipping label with a statement it was mailed to the wrong person.
You can fill out a short form on the USPS website for a free pick up at your home or office using the return label.
Sorry that happened to you but it's not the end of the world.

It's only happened to me, and my daughter with plants. This was a couple years back. By the way, my daughter lives with her own family in another town. I got mine resolved asap. Told me toss plants. I kept, but didn't grow. My daughter was another story. She kept getting repeat orderes of tomatoes, lol omg, she had a bazillion that year. She kept calling. She was getting someone else's order. The other customer probably called QVC SAYING SHE WAS not receiving them, QVC probably sent a new order out, but went yet again to my daughter who didn't order, she received at least 4 orders before it stopped! what a mess

Not a breach of information or even private information. As @Kachina624 mentioned, nothing different than would be in an old fashioned phone book. Also, info anyone could get with a 3 second google search.

Years ago when I kept getting wrong item I ordered, over and over, a man from QVC called me personally. He was the nicest. If I remember, his name was Walter. He told me all merchandise that is warehouse is in a bin with item # on outside. Worker gets order, goes to bin, puts item in our box, puts label on box, paper work inside and off it goes. He says most of the time worker does not know exactly what the item looks like as they pull out box or bag. If someone marked bin wrong, we know it. He mentioned a worker may not be looking at item description on invoice and matching it with item either, But this was a while ago. Things may be different now

@Kachina624 I believe you. IDK if others have gotten my personal info, like my membership number etc. but I have gotten the other persons personal info. And my daughter got the poor lady's personal info several times as I said. So many tomato plants my daughter received, she was giving them to everyone she knew. I think they were those tops turvy tomatoes planters too. Every time she called, the @Q apologized told her to keep, donate or toss. Waste of money IMO. I have been with them since Aug 1988. Cottage rose flannel sheet set!! lol
