Good customer service

I needed bare minerals foundation. Had a 20% Sephora coupon, so I went online there. Needed a couple other things, and bought a kit with foundation, a brush and primer for just a little bit more than the foundation alone. Cool thing about Sephora, you can get ANY SHADE of foundation.

so it took 2 days to ship and arrived in 6 days from across the country. Less time than most Q items from 3 hours from my house. Oops, somebody forgot to put the foundation on the kit. Had it been the Q, I would have had to ship the whole kit bac, hope they had the right shade in stock, wait for the exchange to be processed, and maybe gotten it in two weeks. Nope. Called Sephora and the foundation shipped TODAY. Express. It’ll probably be here Monday. No extra effort on my part.

Did I mention that since I spent $50, free shipping? Yup. Free shipping.

That is how you take care of the customer.
