I’ve been waiting for QVC to call me back after I’ve been trying to reach them for several days now... well this morning I was in the shower and Of course they call. They left message with the # to call back.... I called back right away and have now been on hold now for 1hr 45min...!!!! This is crazy! Can a MOD give me some advice as what should I do at this point? I really am praying to get this in time for Xmas.!

Have you sent an email to the QVC Social Team. They are usually respond very quickly.
