You got her true colors from a few posts on a discussion board? @pupwhipped

Yes, she can get something resolved @haddon9  She can vent. That is what this board is here for. She doesn't need advice on where else to shop. She doesn't need posters looking back at prior posts. She just needs to vent.

The OP asked for opinions. She got them.  She just doesn't like them. That's her right, just as it was the right of those she asked for opinions to give their opinions.

@vsm You might want to reread the post. She asked if anyone had a similar experience. The answwer would have been a simple no.

It costs money to return things.  Sometimes it costs more than the easy pays you have been charged.  That's the way it works.

I have had it with QVC and HSN. I returned a pair of jeans and a pair of sneakers to QVC over a month ago. No response. Finally today I get an email they received the jeans and are crediting me with -0- dollars. I have no idea what happened to the sneakers. They used to send a confirmation when they received your return back. No longer I guess. I rarely buy anything from QVC any more because Amazon is so much more reliable, fast, and responsive and Amazon's user interface is so much better. Anyone else have similar experiences? QVC keeps whining about their staffing and delivery issues, but I'm getting perfect service from Amazon!

You do what you've gotta do!  Best of luck to you.

Wouldn't that be the reason why she's closing her accounts?  If she doesn't want them, why should she keep them?  Bizarre response.  She does have the power to close them.

That's not true.  People call up the mods on these boards all the time to get help and they get it....

Re: Getting Ready to Cancel My Accounts with QVC/HSN

How do we close these two accounts, Q and Hsn?  I'm done.  HSN no longer sends return labels and it's a complete cluster.... to find where to print a return label and then......nothing.

I get it.  No more returns.  You buy it you eat it.

I'm out.  Amazon is so better folks.

Amazon has their own delivery fleet.  Also, dont wait for a refund.  You may not know it but if you email qvceasyreturns.com and tell lthem the details of what you are returning they will process it and you get your money creddited back right away, even before you mail the litem back.

I never use Easy Pay.  I used it once and could never keep track of all the installments. That was a couple years ago.

No, this behavior by QVC/HSN shows they are unable to compete in the marketplace.

What I don't get is all the QVC cheerleaders/frustrated bloggers piling on me. They want to stifle any criticism. Stepford Wives anyone?

Its not hard to keep track of installments.  Its your money and your responsibility to keep your own records.
