@San Antonio Gal- I bought a single pair (that's how they were originally sold) in 2018 and paid $19.98.

@Winkk Who did you get your email from? I went thru all the hoops and got a Thank You for submitting and a registration Id # a week or so ago and have not received any email.
*UPDATE*....I had deleted the email and just found from 12/6...

@89135 .. The email was from ovengloves@realtimeresults.com. I went to QVC's web page and at the very bottom there was a link for recalled items. I just followed the directions from there.
It did take a few days before I got a response. They may have so many requests coming in it might take longer.

@Lorainey See my posts in this Forum and also in the Kitchen forum. I got a refund for two pairs of unused Temptations gloves using the usual return process -- finally! If I am ever tempted to buy another Temptations product, I will just say NO! The amount of money was relatively small, but the principle was huge in my opinion. I could not just eat the loss and forget about it.

I do not watch, nor do I purchase anything from Temptations but I'm just posing this question out of curiosity. Did Tara Tesher ever address this issue and did she ever make an on-air apology? Also, are these gloves still for sale? If she failed to apology, on her way to the bank, I say shame on her. Those gloves are a product she sold/sells and people purchased, based on their trust in her, so she definitely owes people an apology and a promise to make getting a refund very easy. Those gloves were, obviously, defective and I have a hard time believing she had no knowledge of that fact yet she continued to push them. Also, why didn't QVC know? They claim to have strict standards. If so, what happened to those standards that allowed defective merchandise to be sold on their channel?

What baffles me is why they didn't give a FULL refund instead of the $10.00 ($12.50 with invoice proof of purchase) per pair. Does anyone know?

I did finally get a full refund for two pairs of unused gloves. See previous posts for details. I remain firm in my resolve not to buy any Temptations products again as I believe that this issue was handled in a manner that was irresposible and unethical -- when the safety of multitudes of people was on the line. The ridiculous return process, which I avoided, added insult to injury.
