I am disappointed with the hoops one has to jump through to get a refund on the oven gloves.  Receipt is not enough.....I need to find, lline up, label  and send a picture of the gloves !!  The Q already knows I purchased four pair of the gloves from their website !!

So.....I looked up the product recalls at the bottom of the Q homepage and there is a link to complain about company response to a recall with Consumer Products Safety.

If you are also frustrated with the Q lack of response...fill out the form !

Since it is not an expensive item and the process is onerous (on purpose?), I would quit trying.

But for sure I would take note of who sold it.

I agree,  I started the process and then stopped.  I thought having a screen shot of my order would have been enough.  Kind of frustrating.

 @Suzy Q from PA

 Thanks for sharing . I too  bought a couple of pairs of these gloves . I too was planning to follow up on a refund.

I agree that's Poor business to make it so difficult to  get reimbursed when in fact QVC has all our account information .

 I've experienced  getting my hand burned through the glove. To me it's the areas where the raised  design does not cover the fabric

The customer being frustrated with all the information required, and not asking for the credit is exactly what they are hoping for.  Yes, remember the brand!

Just curious - what was the original price of these gloves?

@San Antonio Gal    $19.92. In April of 2020, I bought 3 pairs of gloves. The order is still in my order history. With tax and shipping it came to around $60. I kept one pair and gave the other 2 away. So I can't line all three up and take a picture. It's not worth my time to try and navigate the return process.

This is just ridiculous!  QVC has a record of our orders, that should be enough proof that we purchased them and are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

Check out my post under Kitchens. My gloves were unused (planned to be a Christmas gift) and I was told by QVC CS Rep that I could get a refund.

I agree @Suzy Q from PA --  I jumped through all the hoops .  Took pictures, wrote the recall number on them and filled out the form.

I didn't care if I got the refund since I've  been using the mitts without any problems.  But, I received an email today saying I will be getting a check in the next 10 - 15 days. I bought 2 pair so I'll get $20.
