Frustrated over a few things

I had to print my own shipping label for a return this morning.  It was for UPS so I called CS.  She told me to take it to PO anyway because it's sure post and they will take package.  Wrong, my PO said no.  Tired of no receipts in bag and printing my return labels.

order status to view orders doesn't work as good as it use to.  Always bounces you back to first page. Can't view by months anymore.  Still can't view prices if you order more than one item.  It inconvenient to order items separately.

Ive had3 orders lately in process for a while.  Talked to CS and the orders didn't go through.  She told me she could push them through or I could cancel.

I've been a QVC customer for over 30 years and it's not so convenient anymore.
