Today I received a two piece set by Seed to Style. It was obviously someone's return. The top was large (the size I ordered) and the bottom was a small. They were packed together in a plastic bag which was labeled as size L. 
in addition to that issue, I ordered 2 D&C items in different colors on 11/9/21. One just shipped, the other is still 'in process'. I guess they are waiting for someone to return that color. 
I am afraid to order anything else from QVC because you don't know if or when you will get it, not to mention the prices are so high..Paying higher prices for the convenience is one thing but when the convince becomes added hassle to wait forever, only to get the wrong or used item and have to pack it up and send it back.

No longer do I enjoy having the hosts on for background noise because I think of them as con artist selling ****** but not delivering..their credibility is shot. I understand why their BBB rating is F and their Facebook reviews are 2.9. 
Rant over..had to vent somewhere. 🤗 Good luck and Happy Holidays to all..I'm off to shop local..

@SylvaBelle    I guess you've had a run of bad luck as I ordered 32 items in November and all were perfect and all but 2 have arrived. 

 

By the way, have you heard about all those ships just sitting waiting to be unloaded off the California coast?  At least QVC is trying by ordering new merchandise.  Many stores' shelves are sparse or empty or just have old stuff.

@SylvaBelle I can certainly undertstand why you're so upset and angry but to call the hosts "con artists" is just a nasty thing to say. AND you write as tho you blame the HOSTS for the delivery problems.

QVC does not have a BBB rating of F.  The page shows A+.

 

It was interesting though to read through a few of the complaints.  One states that her account was turned over to a collection agency for money she didn't owe.

 

The response from Q's corporate office lists at least 18 easy-pay accounts overdue.  It also lists numerous dates on which phonecalls were made trying to contact the customer to no avail.

 

It's always interesting to read "the other side of the story", isn't it?

 

I can honestly say that in decades of shopping with QVC I can only remember once not receiving exactly what I ordered:  I ordered an infusion teapot in red and I got it in black.  Not worth exchanging and I still have it.

Others like you come here to vent about similar issues. Recently, I had an issue similar to yours.  

 

We have two choices at this point.  Put up with it or shop elsewhere.

@SylvaBelle You are 100% WRONG about the BBB rating. Sounds like you made that up. And that con artist remark is ridiculous.

I can understand her rant.  Things have been going downhill on the Q for quite sometime now, yes even before Covid.   While things are difficult in a lot of places, it is ironic how (in my case anyway) I do receive my other orders in a timely fashion......ie amazon, ll bean, lands end, chico's and others.   To call the hosts con artists might be a bit harsh but they do act foolish and throw a bunch of BS at us at times, oohing and aahing about a product they actually know nothing about........ just cut her some slack. 

 

As far as the BBB rating, I wouldn't know and don't care about that.
