Free shipping

I tried to place an online order today, free shipping day, and the shipping charge of $11.47 showed up. That's what it costs to get a pair of pants sent to Alaska. I called Customer Service, and they were able to place the order for me, WITHOUT the shipping charge. 

I rarely shop with QVC anymore, because of the much higher rate to send a standard shipping package to Alaska. I was glad to see a free shipping day, but it didn't work to order online.

Free shipping doesn't apply to Alaska.
