Free Size Exchange , Beware?

I was charged twice for tax and shipping. I specifically called CS regarding the exchange sizing down one size, CS credited my account, the second shipping and sales tax costs. Check receipts closely.

Hi @Gorgf

 

If you are exchanging an item for the same item only in a different size then there should be no charge when the return is processed provided an exchange was requested and not a refund. If you request a refund and place a new order, the system does not recognize it as an exchange.
