For Wayne / Customer Service, Hope This Helps

Hi Wayne,

That's just it, unfortunately I was totally not provided with any order number after, please understand this. 

To be honest I really can't be sitting around for half an hour lol to see if one finally does show up, especially when placing an order as late as 11:30 pm. 
I also called CS about 15 minutes after questioning if it was at all placed, they stated and confirmed they saw nothing on their end, so that theory is not true. 
I still ended up with a duplicate order. Hope that helps.

@DooneyGal2 I just responded under your other thread.

 

You really didn't have to start another thread for this.

 

Others have mentioned that this seems to happen late at night & on the weekends.
