On 8/28 I purchased TSV #K49089 via automated system. I had not received email confirmation for purchase (as usual).
I contacted CS and spoke to Veronica who told me order did not go thru & she placed order for me.
Within 1/2 hour I received email both orders were placed. I called back and spoke to CS Vanessa to cancel one of them. She was unable to cancel because showed "in process".
She advised me to refuse 2nd one upon receipt & a refund
would be issued including s/h costs. She said she noted my account.
I did refuse the "extra" set today (UPS could not give me receipt of refusal). I want to make sure it was noted on my account this was a duplicate order.

I see my return was received but incorrect refunded amount.
I believe I was not credited for both shipping fees & tax.
