I bought a Fitbit hr about a month ago, price was $149.00, no extra band and 6 easy payments. I see now they are being sold for $129.00 and one extra band. Feeling duped.

Both of the Fitbits I had stopped working after 6 months.

Things like that happen at all stores from time to time.  I bought mine for $149 at Amazon.  I've since seen it at other places for $129.

I have no clue what they will do.... BUT everytime I have ever contacted them they FITBIT have had amazing customer service.  Call them directly and express your feelings.

I had one lost or stolen, not even sure.  I called and they replaced it for about $100.  Evens before that I  had an issue with the one I got and after I explained what was going on they replaced it for free.  So please google Fitbit and go to their website and have a conversation with them.  I talked to them by phone.

I've been wearing a fitbit for over 2 years and never had a problem. I recently upgraded to a Charge 2 when it was a special value. I always recharge it when prompted by email, take it off before showering.

Lots of people have had trouble with the Fitbits.  I went with a Garmin and boy am I glad.  No problems and I can use it in water.
