Good luck with acually gettting a response from someone to let you know the resoultion.  QVC doesn't communicate.  You may just see it resolved if you dog it yourself or not.  They never actually communicate once something is sent higher authority

Yes I am still waiting for someone to "reach out" to me with a "decision" about whether I'm getting a refund.

@Loves Cats 80   I am also confused about the cheerful giver candles.  A set of 2 34oz candles (which is what I bought) is $44.98.  Yet one 34 oz candle is 16.57 - with a much better selection of scents (including the three scents I bought).  WTH

The $16.57 is  a Black Friday Sales price.

Yes - so apparently those of us stupid enough to buy the sets (when they were less than double the single price)  do not qualify for the reduced price now that the single price is a "Black Friday Sales Price."  So I bought 14 candle (in sets) for $314.86 when - within 30 days, I can buy the exact same candles for $231.98 - for a difference of $82.88, but I can't get the difference because they are different item numbers.

Nice going QVC.
